Michael Griffith

Michael Griffith is the Director of Instructional and Learning Technologies at the College of Education and earned his BS in Management Information Systems and MS in Educational Technology from the UA. Michael formed many of the ideas that drive his love for telling stories through video from his 10 years at the NBC affiliate in Tucson. To ensure that his stress level never falls too low, he likes to participate in 48-hour film competitions where his team writes, shoots, and edits a 3-7 minute short film in two days. His shorts have taken home best editing, audience favorite, and best film awards.
