Resources

Handouts
You are strongly encouraged to provide brief handouts for your poster which, at a minimum, include your full contact information, the title and description/abstract of your session, and any information you can provide about where additional materials can be viewed or retrieved (e.g. on IT Summit website after the conference, from you by snail mail, etc.). You’re advised to bring 100-150 copies of these, and a generous supply of your business cards for when the handouts run out!

Poster Presenters
Poster presenters must attend the IT Summit Poster Session. Presenters are not expected to make an oral presentation, yet they should be prepared to informally discuss the poster's content and respond to questions. All poster presenters must register for the conference. Registration is free for UA IT professionals.
