Big and small data both suffer from data quality woes. In this session we will discuss the Data Quality Management process and how it can be applied. Members of the UA Foundation records team will share how they used these concepts to improve the data quality in a database with over a million records, while increasing user satisfaction and buy-in at the same time. Participants will leave with a greater knowledge of Data Quality Management, will learn about the Data Quality Life-cycle, and will have steps and tools they can use to implement a similar program in their unit.
