Rinku Ashok Kumar

Rinku Ashok Kumar informs design of socio-technical systems through ethnographic research and other human-centered design methods. She has over a decadelong experience in incorporatingethnographic research and user experience design planning in organizations like Xerox Research Centre in India and Cardinal Health (Now BD) and SAP Labs in the US. She has studied masters in human-centered design planning from Institute of Design, Chicago.
