CatQ – Redefining Queuing Systems on Campus

CatQ is a web-based app that was developed by a UA student team, and is currently implemented at the ThinkTank. Attendees will see how CatQ redefines the way we manage high traffic areas where students need to be served. The code can be modified to suit other learning assistance centers’ needs. The analytics that the code provides allows learning center staff to view student feedback about the session in real time through a 5-star system with optional comments, and records the span of time that tutors spend with each student.
