In 2022, Eller College of Management was looking for CRM functionality with external partners, and partnered with the Trellis team. To date, Trellis has focused on core functionality: scheduling, case management, events, communications, early progress reports and a student portal, CatCloud (soon be extended to staff as well). For Eller's needs, the team worked on balancing scalable functionality in the Trellis Salesforce architecture that serves both Eller and the University more broadly.
