With almost a decade of professional business process experience, Joseph Malkin has documented, designed, improved and implemented processes for Fortune 500 and 100 companies in a wide range of industries. Joseph also had the privilege of leading a team of project managers and process modelers through the design phase of the largest SAP implementation in North America, The Johnson Controls Unity Project. Looking to improve his quality of life with his first child on the way, Joseph took a position at The University of Arizona Foundation Project Management Office to implement a custom-process methodology and change the way higher education and fundraising approach business improvement.
