Simmons Buntin

As assistant director of communications, Simmons Buntin is responsible for storytelling, content development, communications, and media relations for the Eller College. Until recently, he served as the College’s web program manager, where his responsibilities included overall College website management and training; HTML email and e-newsletter campaigns; online magazine development; maintenance of websites using Drupal and WordPress; search engine optimization; and website analytics and reporting. He continues to serve as a marketing communications project manager and team facilitator. Buntin is a member of UA’s inaugural IT Leadership Academy and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
