Using a Process-Centric Approach to Solve Organizational Issues

The University of Arizona Foundation has begun using a process-centric approach for solving a wide range of business and IT problems, as well as gathering requirements for IT projects and documenting the current and future business processes. Using a powerful central process repository with a relational database backend, The Foundation is able to easily query for relevant information and digest process content in several formats, making the documentation even more powerful.
